Fighting armed and armoured

In 2018 I started training in medieval armoured combat, a full contact competitive sport most commonly described as medieval mma. We fight the same way knights would have fought in tournaments 500 years ago, we use the same armour and the same weapons.

I'm a member of Fragarach armoured combat, the Dublin club of MACI (Medieval Armoured Combat Ireland).
